The planned service
This document supplements the general business terms for future store customers. It remains a proposed framework: demonstrations send no invitations and create no subscription. The service covers post-purchase review collection, separate product and seller feedback, authorised sharing of reviews for the same reference and, where ordered, creator content and sourced summaries. Only functions confirmed as available in the order form are contractually due.
Plans and monthly requests
The Network plan provides 100,000 review requests per month, shared across three named stores, for €199 excluding VAT per month. The estimate assumes one order per request. Proposed Launch pricing of €29 excluding VAT for 300 invitations and one store, and Growth pricing of €79 excluding VAT for 1,500 invitations and one store, together with their options, must be confirmed before ordering. No annual price or commitment is imposed by default.
Counting, reminders and overages
The proposed framework counts one unique initial invitation actually accepted by the agreed sending channel for an eligible order. That invitation can collect both product and seller feedback. A technical duplicate, an attempt rejected before acceptance or a retry of the same transmission does not create a second request. Reminder rules are visible before activation and do not silently double the allowance. Volumes renew at the start of each service month; unused allowance does not roll over unless more favourable terms are agreed. Customers are notified as the allowance approaches exhaustion. Further invitations are deferred until the next cycle or an expressly priced extension is accepted, without automatic paid overages.
Connection and order data
The store supplies the information and permissions needed for the integration actually selected. It remains responsible for catalogue accuracy, variant identification, order events and the lawfulness of sharing customer contact information. Loocas documents necessary data, roles and security in its integration and data-protection documentation. Recipient information and the ability to stop invitations are arranged before initial sending. A connection authorises neither unrelated marketing nor the sale of order data.
Neutral collection and separate ratings
Sampling and invitations must not exclude customers likely to be critical. A commercial discount or refund is not an automatic reason to remove authentic feedback. Customers may respond or report an issue, but a subscription buys neither a better average nor removal of unfavourable reviews. Product and seller reviews use separate sets of contributions. A purchase-verification label may be used only when supported by the check actually performed; it is not an absolute guarantee of truth.
Network sharing and historical imports
The network matches only sufficiently confirmed product references and variants. Reviews retain their author where publication is authorised, collecting store and provenance; they do not become seller reviews for the displaying store. Reviews are not guaranteed for every product. Importing history from another provider requires a lawful export and the relevant rights, information and provenance evidence. Paying for a subscription does not authorise scraping third-party websites, reattributing content or removing reservations. A valid withdrawal or correction must be reflected in affected displays.
Videos, data and summaries
Creator videos are linked to the exact product with attribution, commercial disclosure and distribution rights. They remain separate from buyer reviews and their average. An embedded view guarantees no payment from a social platform. AI summaries identify their corpus and sources, retain reservations and must be revised when relevant reviews change. Nutritional, cosmetic and technical information retain their methodology, availability status and licence; a missing score is never replaced by an invented value. Third-party provider terms may restrict some displays.
Challenge a review without buying its removal
A store may report a review and submit evidence free of charge. Initial handling, internal appeals and reviews connected with exercising rights remain free, with effective human involvement where required. Negative criticism does not become improper because it affects the store’s reputation or sales; a subscription does not alter retention or removal criteria.
A supplementary human expert service may be offered only if optional and genuinely separate from complaint handling and legally protected appeals. Its proposed price is €49 excluding VAT per case, under an expressly accepted quotation, without a subscription or automatic charge. If classification is uncertain, free handling applies. An ordinary request for human reconsideration cannot be renamed a paid expert service.
Payment buys neither a favourable decision nor removal. If a Loocas error is acknowledged in the case, the corresponding expert-service fees are refunded in full. Corrections and legal obligations are carried out regardless of any unpaid fee. The “AI-assisted moderation” framework describes decision reasoning and routes to challenge decisions.
Plan changes and service termination
A change of plan, included stores or volume requires acceptance of a priced summary before taking effect. A downgrade applies from the next period unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation follows the general terms; connections and new sending stop when it takes effect. Exports remain subject to author rights, confidentiality and source licences. The customer removes widgets and access that are no longer authorised. Ending a subscription does not turn authorised network product reviews into that store’s exclusive property or automatically erase legitimate feedback on its service.
