01

A framework for professional activity

These provisions prepare the launch of creator accounts and collaborations. No fictional registration, matching or acceptance in the demonstration creates a real engagement. The initial commercial journey is intended for adult creators lawfully conducting their activity, able to contract and provide required invoicing information. Non-professional status, representation of a minor or a regulated activity requires a separate framework before any commitment. The Loocas publisher is identified in the legal notice.

02

Profile, social accounts and metrics

Creators publish their chosen profile information within the available fields and must hold rights to their visuals. They provide accurate links, do not surrender social passwords and separately authorise available connections. Self-declared information remains distinct from data obtained through an authorised connection. Combined follower counts do not represent unique people. An audience score must be explained, dated and accompanied by its limitations; missing data does not become zero. Creators may request correction of information or withdraw a connection under the data-protection documentation.

03

Selecting and accepting a collaboration

Creators remain free to decline a proposal before signing. An application, shortlist or discussion creates no publication obligation. Every collaboration, including those without a fee, requires a written agreement accepted by the parties: exact product, compensation and product value, deliverables, schedule, expenses, rights, media, territory, duration, disclosures and cancellation. Exclusivity restrictions must be specific, limited and accepted; no general exclusivity is presumed. A material change requires a new agreement.

04

Gifted product and remuneration

The product must be provided free under both options. With a fee, the creator proposes a price which the brand accepts; without a fee, the agreement expressly states that no cash payment is due and identifies the benefit in kind. A gift does not require praise and is not reclaimed for negative criticism. For paid collaborations only, unless another schedule is accepted, an advance of 30% of the creator’s fee is invoiced on acceptance and the balance following compliant delivery; each invoice is payable within thirty days. Under the no-fee option, no advance or cash payment is due as remuneration for the creator. Creators remain responsible for reporting and tax obligations applicable to their status. No unpriced, unaccepted Loocas commission is deducted; social-platform income is not guaranteed.

05

Testing independently and accurately

Creators describe their actual experience, distinguishing verifiable facts from personal opinion. They may express strengths, limitations and criticism. They must not invent use, purchases or test results, or repeat a brand claim they know is inaccurate or unsupported. They may stop an unsafe test or report an incorrect or unusable product. The schedule is then reviewed without treating a good-faith report as wrongful refusal to work. A creator demonstration does not contribute to the buyer-review average.

06

Deliverables and brand feedback

Creators supply the agreed deliverables and files after receiving the correct product, with necessary credits and disclosures. One consolidated feedback round is proposed by default. A non-conformity attributable to the creator must be corrected; a new request or preference arising after the brief is priced separately. The brand raises contractual reservations within seven working days of delivery, with a reminder at least two working days before the deadline. Without a reasoned reservation after that reminder, compliance is deemed accepted for payment, without extending rights. An unfavourable assessment justifies neither forced rewriting nor refusal to pay for compliant work.

07

Copyright, likeness and reuse

Creators retain rights not expressly granted. Each licence specifies uses, rights, media, duration, territory and consideration. Initial publication does not authorise downloading, editing, translation, paid advertising or perpetual distribution. Rights of people appearing in the content, photographers, musicians and other contributors must cover the intended uses; music permitted on one network is not automatically usable elsewhere. Edits must respect the content and applicable rights. On expiry or valid withdrawal of permission, the affected uses stop under the agreed procedure, subject to legally required records.

08

Commercial transparency

Both options are commercial collaborations where the product or fee is consideration for publication. Disclosure must be immediately understandable, visible during the promotion, appropriate to the format and retained in reuses. For a French audience, “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale” is the proposed wording; “Produit offert” clarifies the benefit without concealing the commercial relationship. The brand is identified and platform disclosure tools are used where available. Other legally required disclosures, including for certain retouched or virtual images, must be included when their relevant conditions are met.

09

Cancellation, withdrawal and disagreements

A difficulty is reported as soon as it becomes known. Cancellation before work begins results in repayment of advances, except authorised, evidenced and non-recoverable external costs. After work starts, compliant work performed and accepted expenses are paid within the agreed budget. Reclaiming the product is not a penalty for a negative opinion; safety recalls are arranged at the brand’s expense. Unagreed exploitation rights cannot be used as compensation. Disputes are documented with the parties and, for Loocas services, with the publisher using contractual contact details. Closing a profile does not erase outstanding invoices, confidentiality duties, valid licences or available remedies.
